UKPOS moved to larger premises in Stockport. The existing office space within a larger warehouse space was completely refurbished and an additional floor added (to be fitted out at a later date). New toilets, changing rooms, office space, mess area and showroom were included in the build.
We introduced the ECA scheme to the client to allow full capital tax relief on the lighting throughout the refurbished area.
