Now in our tenth year of incorporation, Simon has steadily grown the business following the recession which hit back in 2007. In 2010 Simon took it upon himself to receive training to understand how to run and grow a successful business.
While this was going on he started to pursue commercial projects on small scale. This steady progression allowed him to gain knowledge in all different aspects required to deal with commercial clients including contractual obligations, logistics, health & safety and workforce. He also grew a wealth of valuable contacts within these fields whom he can rely on for advice when needed.
Year on year further growth has lead to further development with training, computer systems, financing, management accounts and everything associated with a competent company.
In the last six years Phaseline has grown at a rate Simon is both proud of but also happy with it's control. Growth which is too fast results in poor systems being implemented and the loss of customer satisfaction. We believe that this can be more damaging than no growth at all.
Doing the job right, working well with our clients and maintaining a happy workforce, this is a major key to our growth and success so far.
